Sales Engineer Support Program
Provide a dedicated senior technical resource that supports the sales process by providing:
   
Technical product support during sales presentations
Technical requirements analysis and definition

Technical assistance during preparation of proposals

Answering technical questions and acting as conduit to US technical development team.
Researching and addressing technical concerns – liaison with US counterparts on best practices.
Building prototypes and proof of concept as required
Facilitation of systems integration partner support

System Integration Program
The System Integration program includes the following services:
   

Services of a senior technical advisor who identifies the implementation, integration and customisation issues and potential partner solutions

Project planning: Timeline and resource planning
Resource contracting and facilitation with Professional Services (or other system integration service provider contacts as required)
Project management to completion
Offered on an outsourced basis representing the company or as the branded integrator
