Preparation of an integrated European marketing communications plan that will enable you to quickly generate demand for your products and services and raise awareness amongst your key target audiences.
Hands on execution of plan by experienced European marketing professionals – access to a cross section of skills, public relations, marketing communications, events etc.
Implementation of specific marketing programmes including:
   
Public relations management: preparation of agency brief and agency selection and identification of target media, direct creation/adaptation of relevant press materials, management of European press tour, identification of relevant speaking opportunities
Events management: design, logistics and coordination support for events including trade shows, conferences and seminars
Direct marketing: coordinating with Sales activities, the creation and execution of targeted campaigns including identification of target audiences, localised materials and response follow up
Collateral and web localisation: as required according to your country launch plans Advertising: if appropriate to your launch, prepare creative brief, advise in selection of creative agency and identify target media
Research Projects: these may include qualitative or quantitative studies, catalyst research (headline driven), sector analysis, buyer behaviour
Product launch: preparation and execution of specific launch plans at the country level to effectively introduce new products
Company launch: create and execute on effective company launch plans by country
