Management of your recruitment plan ensuring the optimum, quality-controlled, cost efficient route to candidates by acting as an unbiased highly experienced filter.
   
Define the hiring plan and requirements of your European subsidiary, quarter by quarter
On contract signature, actively start to recruit the first key hire, whether it is the VP Europe, Country Manager France, or initial sales executives.
Build out your European staff typically undertaking several of the following activities:
   
Approach individuals in target companies, using “market maps” and customised research
Work with all the key recruitment consultancies and agencies including retained search or success-only fee structure
Quality control of candidates to ensure that time is spent wisely with high calibre individuals who are relevant for your business and interested in the opportunity
Negotiating advantageous commercial terms with all recruiters so you benefit from the scale of recruitment we commission
Reference checking all candidates to provide an additional comfort level
Ensure people are hired at the right compensation level according to their skills and market conditions
Joint purpose advertising (recruitment and brand building) from media selection, copy production through to response handling
Ensure employees’ contracts are in line with French/European employment law and that you are correctly protected
Identify and communicate to you trends in compensation levels, structures, statutory benefits and attitudes to stock options
