	Management of the business by a senior financial professional
	Registration and operational set-up of subsidiaries
	On-going company administration: directors, company secretary, auditors
	Banking facilities and cash management
	Budgets and forecasts
	VAT registration and accounting
	Accounts receivable, sales invoicing and credit control
	Accounts payable and processing of expense claims
	Financial reporting, tailored to client’s requirements and chart of accounts
	Payroll management and reporting for payroll taxes
	Procurement
	Supplier plug in, ensuring competitive pricing and reliability of supply
	Liaison with local professional advisors, including localisation of contracts , specialised taxation and audit services (third party fees payable by client)
	Insurances – coordinated with broker (business, directors liability), also Data Protection Act registration
