How does it Work?

We provide a scaled approach to execution in a three phased process.


We provide clients the flexibility to commit (and de-commit) 01CONSULTING resources as needed to support their international expansion. Here’s how the process works:


Phase I: Induction Program (4 Months)

First, 01CONSULTING commits a Manager to develop our clients European Launch Plan. This includes identifying target customers in the sector, routes to market (including an assessment of strategic partnerships) and the sales, marketing and technology support requirements for the European business. The 01CONSULTING Manager works closely with the US executive team and seeks to leverage clients existing product, sales and marketing expertise.

SALES
In parallel with the development of the plan, 01CONSULTING immediately begins to generate revenue opportunities and ensure operational traction: Pipeline generation, qualification, interfacing customers with our client, and closings.

RECRUITMENT
We commence the recruitment of the core European team via recruiters or from our network, starting with the key position of VP Europe, or Country Managers.

GENERAL & ADMINISTRATION
We establish the full back office infrastructure and facilities, and make sure the company handles all legal, tax, IT and other operational needs.


Phase II: Acceleration Program (12 Months)
Quality Execution - 01CONSULTING ensures the execution on the European Business Plan agreed upon during the Induction Program. The plan is closely monitored by the 01CONSULTING Manager or CEO, who work hand in hand with the Executive team and the growing European team.

Growth - 01CONSULTING focuses on growing our clients sales and operations, providing the specialist resources as described while building their own capabilities in these areas.

Reporting and Controls - 01CONSULTING oversees the operational control and development of the business through weekly sales meetings with the European VP, and monthly operational and financial reviews with the Executive Team


Phase III: Transition Program (2-4 Months)
01CONSULTING continues to focus on execution of the Business Plan supported by the Manager as well as ensuring that all operational gaps are filled to enable our clients business to exist as a stand-alone operation.

Clients choose which services they would like to use on an ongoing basis (if any).

A wholly owned fully functional subsidiary generating revenue.
